Welcome to Lily Supports. An innovative and empowering Semi Independent Living approach to support that places individuals with unique needs at the centre of their own lives. As a service, we feel that the journey of discovering the best living arrangement for families can be a profound and often challenging experience. Our Supported living service offers a person-centred alternative that prioritises independence, choice, and community integration. 

We evaluate each referral individually, considering the needs of families who have come to the attention of services and who are in need of parenting support with accommodation. A careful matching process ensures that all families have the best chance of success. 

We support parents who have multiple and complex needs, which may include: 

· Parents who are themselves care leavers and are 18 years old and over

· Parents who have completed a Parenting assessment (in the community or at a Family Residential Centre) and are in need of a step-down placement with support

· Parents who have experienced domestic abuse

· Parents with current or past drug and/or alcohol-related issues

· Parents who may have had older children removed from their care 

· Parents with presenting mental health concerns and are engaging with mental health services 

· Parents with learning difficulties or a learning or physical disability
