WEBSITE PRIVACY & COOKIES
Your privacy.
Updated 31 October 2026. This notice covers the optional analytics on lilysupports.co.uk. Lily Supports Ltd is responsible for this website. For privacy questions, contact admin@lilysupports.co.uk.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and clicks on our email enquiry links. Reports help us understand whether our website and outreach are reaching people. An enquiry-link click does not mean an email was sent or a referral was made.
Google processes website usage information such as page visits, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Our tracking does not send enquiry email contents, names or email addresses. We remove query strings and fragments from the page and referring-page addresses we supply to Analytics. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website configuration.
Google provides the analytics service and may process data outside the UK. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Your cookie choice
The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you using the website or contacting us. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection in that browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies set for this website; it does not automatically erase previously collected data.
We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage for up to six months so you do not have to choose on every visit. If accepted, Google Analytics uses cookies named _ga and _ga_… to distinguish browsers and sessions; these typically last up to two years and may be renewed on visits. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Contacting us
Our enquiry buttons open your email application. Only send initial enquiries through these links. Please use an agreed secure method for detailed referral or sensitive personal information. Contact us at the email address above to ask about information relating to you or to raise a privacy concern. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
